Therapeutic Massage With Portia Price
We’d like to introduce Portia Price, an exciting (re)addition to FittRVA! Portia is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA). She has worked in several medical offices in Richmond over the past fifteen years, and she previously worked with us about ten years ago when we were a few miles up the road in Gold’s Gym at Willow Lawn.
Portia was introduced to our unique approach while working with us at Gold’s Gym. She had first-hand experience with DNS and has taken two of the three “DNS-Exercise” classes, culminating with an examination and certification from the Prague School of Rehabilitation and Manual Medicine. Portia is passionate about DNS and uses the techniques to help people regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve healthier, more active lives. We are all very excited to add Portia to the team, and we know you will all love working with her.
In addition to providing excellent massage therapy, Portia will assist Dr. Mayer with organizing and teaching our FITT workshop exercise classes.
